So you think you can beat the TV pundits at their own game, right? Then welcome to EPL Score Predictor, the web's premier score prediction game that challenges you to do just that.

The aim is simple: accumulate as many points as you can by guessing (sorry, erm..expertly predicting) the scoreline of English premier league games over the course of the season and earn bragging rights with your friends and colleagues that you know the beautiful game like the back of your hands.

EPL Score Predictor is a season-long game. As the season unfolds each week, all you have to do is simply enter your score predictions and try to outperform your pals to stay at the top of the league table. You can enter your predictions at any time you choose up until almost kick-off. Of course, you don't want to leave it leave too late or you might just miss the chance to put clear daylight between you and your pals in the league table.

The player with the most points at the end of the season is the winner.

How to play in three simple steps

Step 2: Enter your predictions for each game and you're on your way.

Step 3: Set up mini leagues to challenge your friends and work colleagues for the ultimate bragging rights! You can set up or join as many mini leagues as you wish. But will you come out on top?

How points are earned

The score for EPL Score Predictor is straight forward. This is how it works:

- You get three points for an exact scoreline

- You get one point for a correct result (i.e. win, lose or draw)

- You get zero points for an incorrect prediction

- You can treble your points for a particular match by using the Joker option when you make a prediction. You only get to use one joker per week so use it wisely. So if you predict the exact score, you get 9 points instead of 3 if you use a joker. Of course, if you happen to draw a blank on the match that you allocated your joker to, then 3 times zero is still a big fat 0!
